So this 12 week Time To Grow programme is designed to simply put some muscle on your frame. You will put on some access fat but not too much, but we need to eat enough food for your body to grow, so being in a calorie surplus is a must. So if you’re serious about gaining some muscle then this programme is certainly for you.

After you fill out your consultation form – I include food you like, schedule your food plan around your daily lifestyle and also schedule you to train on the days you can train on.
