This Programme is designed for you to simply lose weight in a healthy way whilst helping you gain that confidence you one had.
You will receive your own personalised Workout programme, designed just for you. You will also receive a personalised food plan which will be designed around the foods you like (in reason!). You will receive ongoing support throughout via the in app messaging service, so if you have any questions during the 12 weeks – just ask!
So if you are going on holiday, getting ready for your special day then this programme is certainly for you.

After you fill out your consultation form – I include food you like, schedule your food plan around your daily lifestyle and also schedule you to train on the days you can train on.
There are many more factors I take in to account to make sure its written personally for you, when you can train, how many days you can train, what foods you dislike the list goes on.
